Friendship and professionalism
To my mind a great interaction in between a teacher and learners is constructed on a solid basis of trust, respect and mutual understanding. As an instructor, I will take a position of administration, but I do not desire to be an authoritarian or tyrant. I will also have the opportunity to be a good friend and a trusted person for a lot of my trainees, however I do not want to cross over the boundary of professionalism.
What makes a good teacher
I believe that to promote learning in the very best way feasible, the instructor needs to be passionate about the subject being studied, even when her/his learners are not. She or he has to be the coach for the students, and explain the benefits about every student's activity in a sincere method, alongside impartial criticism.
